Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship internationally?
We only delivery in UAE, for now. However, if you are interested in purchasing one of our items to be shipped to you internationally, please contact us on info@wadid.ae

How long until you deliver my order?
We sell many beautiful vegan and sustainable pieces – but we don’t hold a large stock, so when you order a product from us, we might get it created specially for you. This might affect delivery time between 1 week to 3 weeks, depending on our manufacturer.

In the case of further delay, you will be updated regarding the status of your order and the reasons for its late delivery.

What is the delivery cost?
A delivery cost of 50 Dhs is added to your order upon checkout. This cost does not change by the location of the Emirate you are in.

Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your address is completed. A correct and a valid phone number must be available at order. Wadi D does not take responsibility for lost or undelivered items if the address is incorrect.

 

We aim to meet these delivery times, but during busy periods (including sale or out of stock items), deliveries may take a little longer.
