Pre-Order Policy

What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-Orders are for our exclusive or limited edition items. For Pre-Orders, we create the item for you, to avoid keeping a large stock. It might take 2 to 8 weeks to get your order ready, depending on material availability.

How long will it take to arrive?

Once  the Pre-Ordered items are ready, we will ship them to you within 1-3 business days. If you ordered numerous items in your Pre-Order we will ship once your complete order is in stock. Please see our Shipping and Delivery policy. 

When will you charge me for my item?

To secure your item, you will be charged at the time of purchase.

Can I cancel items that I have Pre-Ordered?

Yes. Please contact us at info@wadid.ae. Please note that canceled Pre-Orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

However, if the order is customized then cancelation is not possible.
